ABOUT DARWIN
Darwin is the Northern Territory’s tropical capital city on the shores of a harbour seven times the area size of Sydney Harbour. It is a gateway to explore the best natural and cultural attractions the Northern Territory and Australia has to offer, including World Heritage-listed Kakadu National Park , Litchfield National Park , the Tiwi Islands , Arnhem Land and Nitmiluk National Park.
Darwin’s colourful history and proximity to South East Asia has made it one of Australia’s most culturally diverse cities. Today, more than 50 nationalities make up its population, including the area's traditional landowners, the Larrakia Aboriginal people.
